Overall the hotel was really good and amazing to stay.

✓ The hotel facilities and the staff. Especially, the two Indian servers were really nice, one from Haryana and the other named Kuldeep.

✗ The breakfast was horrible !!! It was of zero value and there was no options outdoors. And no hot milk or coffee with milk was served. Since I had a baby, the Tv was also so slow to chromecast.

✓ very well maintained, proper temperature control, very good view, free pick up and drop facility to the rope way.

✗ for Indian vegetarians there are not much options for breakfast, however for non vegetarian lots of options are there

✓ Location is perfect among the forest, ups and downs from the building which is on the high peak are provided by hotel minibus. So dont need to go down and up every time.I

✗ I think, training some staff, especially at the reception and buffet could be a little bit improved. They are too young and in my opinion have no working experience in the hospitality sector.

✓ Very nice resort, located quite a bit outside of Zaghkadsor, but there are regular shuttle buses going to the center (and taxis are widely available). My room was very nice and spacious, generally nicely designed, with lots of storage. The bed was super comfy! The hotel's spa area is great, comes with a pool, a whirlpool, a sauna, an infrared-room, and a steam room. Note that kids are allowed everywhere and its not a quiet area. Romm service was super fast and friendly. All the (very young) staff were helpful and very polite, but English is a challenge.

✗ I was generally rather disappointed with the food: Both breakfast and dinner were buffet style only and my impression was that quantity was valued over quality (repetitive, oily, uninspired). Room service food was better, but the choices (as the choices in the bar menu) were very limited. Also, it would have been nice if the room's mini-bar came with some sort of snacks and drinks, especially since the hotel is so remote from the town center.
