Fair value considering the location, but needs renovation

The location is great, very close to the Encamp funicular (lift). There's everything you might need in the apartment, and the beds are alright.

Keys pickup is organized at the reception, which is located in a different village (15-20 minutes drive). If someone is coming by bus, this is extremely inconvenient. The apartment needs maintenance. There are blown light bulbs, broken chairs, broken window shades, and a bathtub that falls apart. There's underground parking under the house, but it's unavailable for the guests. The closest parking is under the funicular, and it's €90 per week, so add this to the price of the apartment. Inside the apartment, there's not much room to store your belongings – the closets are not organized and lack shelves.

Hotel's Response

Thank you for your feedback, The location of the reception (10km away in Incles) is indicated on the conditions on booking so those arriving by bus must book an apartment which the reception is on site, and we have already facilitated the arrival of travelers arriving by bus , if the garage is not offered it is because it is completely inaccessible, it is a garage with elevator which has not worked for many years and it is clearly indicated on our announcement "No parking available." so it shouldn't be a surprise. You won't find in Andorra any public free parking.
