Cooking facilities were fine

✓ Finding the directions at 3am in the morning was very challenging. There wasn't much lighting and the reception is out of sight. Better directions are needed to help get to the reception

✗ How I wasn't told that more money needed to be spent as a holding deposit and I still haven't received that back

✗ Sofa bed not comfortable, tiny space for the sofa bed in the living room, some bedsheets were missing and had to call to reception (charges were applied)

Everything you need at your door 🚪 step for a fair price

✓ Close to a Supermarket, restaurant and good apres ski. Washing machine and dishwasher. Clean and very good WIFI. Very warm!!

✗ It’s a bit far from the ski lift 🚠 if you want to walk with the ski boots. A bit noisy the weekends. Lack of storage in one of the rooms.

Warm and nice

✓ We really enjoy all of it, I recommend! Very close to Grandvalira and free parking near the ski slope. The view from our window was really nice (you can see the bottom of the slope).
