As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. As i remember there was a request of complimentary extra bed for 12 years kid. As per your reservation 12 years kid was free when using parents existing bed. As per kids policies that has to be paid full extra bed charges, however as a gesture i offered you 50% discounts despite appreciation you were giving threat to the staff for bad comments. Please note we never charge any extra amount or there is no hidden fees. Hope you can understand our situation, We will look forward welcome you back again near future.
