- location - view from the window - beds, pillows, duvets are okay

- too many hidden costs (cleaning fee, bed linen). And you pay for the cleaning at check-in even if you say that you will clean by yourself. When check-out, you normally get back 40euro for cleaning + 120 of guarantee. But in our case I was told that the cleaning woman is busy and she will check the room later and if all good, I will be refunded 160 Euro. It was not normal for me to leave the appartments without getting my money back...And just after asking for several times to check it now and give my money back now, at check-out, they did it. - it was the first time I was asked to show my credit card (like to 'prove' that the payment was taken exactly from my card). That's weird and has no reason.

The location was ok.

The fact that I was there for 1 night only and they didn’t even offer towels and bed sheets. They sent me a info when I was already on my way and had already booked the place telling me I should bring my own sheets and towels as if I am walking around from place to place with my own towels and sheets. Found this super disrespectful.

Hello, Sorry you didn't read the fine print : the first sentence is " Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. Hello, we have 5 types of apartments : for the flat it is 40€, penthouse 50€, apartment and penthouse Paris 60€ and our large apartment is at 90€. Everything is present to clean yourselves. Best regards, Bernard

Have you taken any precautions for check-in because of the coronavirus?

Naturally. One person allowed in our office. All apartments are desinfected. Alcoholgel at the entrance of the building and in every apartment.

Do you provide bedding, sheets and blankets?

Hello, duvets and pillows are provided for. Guest bring their own sheets and towels. If you want sheets are for hire at 14€ per bed and towels at 3€ per person. best regards Bernard
