Breakfast quality and variety good. But sometimes certain items would go - such as the bacon - and it took a long time to refill - so tendency was to go without rather than wait

friendly staff basic clean rooms good value for money good hotel bar and cinema room plenty fof choice of food. Omlette station at breakfast and chef griddling of meat and fish at dinner

The bathroom in the room was compact but functional.

The staff were amazing and very helpful with any requests we had. Everything is also within walking distance from the hotel which is great, you can walk 200m and ski down the slopes.

The rooms were a little tiny and there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, but nothing major.

Realy good breakfast. Good ski lockers Helpfull in the reception. Most of them speak exelent english, some of them a bit less.

Pls just add some hooks on the wall so you can hang your skiing clothes. Beds where pretty hard. very enoying blinking from outside lamps at night, the coulored one belonging to the hotel itself

The location is perfect, it was clean. Breakfast was nothing special, but good, there was a chef that fried eggs and omlets!

The room is small. It was 10m2 with the bathroom I would say. Old bathroom(clean). The walls very thin, you could hear conversations and snoring through the walls. No dryer for ski boots!!!

The staff is amazing and help you in anything, kindly. Good selection for breakfast. Convenient location.

The spa facilities are for an expensive extra charge, so since it was not included in the price I would say the hotel for just a room was super expensive. It was not possible to open the Window in the room and was no ventilation but after talking to a receptionist about it they kindly moved us to an other room.

Very comfortable rooms, lovely bar area.

only downside was ski locker located outside, so had to put boots on outside in the street, but this was a small downside. everything else was great.

Comfy beds, good breakfast, great access to piste. Staff are friendly, and the hotel is well situated for access into the best parts of town.

The “SPA” costs 12 euros to use, and smells really, really, bad. Disappointing, as the charges are hidden within the fine print of the booking.com website. Also, the hotel smells of cigarette smoke, as the smoking area is a confined space, next to the bar, with very poor ventilation.

Regarding Spa access, both booking.com and upon check in all guests are informed about the price of it . The hotel is non smoking by law, so inhouse smoking is forbidden. We do not have parking within the hotel. You have parking on blue areas on the street and you can pay daily or there is a private parking 500 mts from the hotel named PARKIA.

where can I park for week nearby?

Within the town you can park in the blue zone. There is also a nearby parking that is covered and can be paid for days.
