Great Hotel in the wrong area
✓ We had room for 3 adults on the top floor, it was a proper penthouse, we had plenty of space and a large sofa, very decent size bathroom, and also a very clean room. Loved the Asian design of the place. Coffee machine in the room was a big plus.
✗ Area where hotel location is very trashy, and I did not feel safe once outside. But Brussels in general is not pleasant place to say the least. Loads of very strange people with addiction problems and also homeless. No fridge in the room and the aircon did not always work properly.

✓ Very clean, easy to get to.
✗ Square pillow were an odd choice. Our room, 510, didn’t have a shower door so the room got flooded every time we showered. The air con wasn’t very good either. We were in a room of 4 but only given 3 coffee pods for free and any additional ones we had to pay for.

✓ The hospitality and breakfast was good. The wifi was also okay in the room.
✗ The smell of cigarette smoke was not pleasant considering i am a non-smoker.
