✓ The accommodation is amazing and built by the owner. The room is very clean and spacious and has a lovely hot water shower. What makes this place really special is the owner and his family (pets included). As soon as I arrived I needed to go to the shop, the owners wife took me on her bike without a second thought- which I really appreciated. His boy is just the funniest kid and will happily sit and chat with you over dinner. The restaurant and the food is also lovely I highly recommend the burger! Other reviews have mentioned the road but it gets so quite in the evening so was not a problem for me.

Great friendly hosts!

✓ We were very thankful for our hosts' kind hospitality! We arrived at the accommodations a little late but he reached out to check-in about our safety and waited for us to reach. The food is also amazing and we even ordered more after breakfast because it was that good. We took a small hike to the Lombok Wildlife Park and was glad that it was accessible by foot from accommodations.

✗ As a light sleeper, it was difficult for me to fall asleep as it is right beside the road so do take note if you are like me too! There wasn't air-conditioning in our rooms but it actually gets cooling at night so this wasn't an issue for us! There were some ants / flies in our room so this might not be ideal if you are particular about this.

Exceptional

✓ The vibes of this place very good. It's not located in tourist area so I have some peace here. Stayed here for one night before going to Gili Trawangan. It only 10 minutes from Bangsal jetty. The host helped to book a taxi for us. It cost only 50k IDR for a taxi from here to Bangsal jetty. Overall, good place to stay.

perfect for an affordable short stay

✓ owner was very helpful and nice and gave me a ride to the harbor. breakfast was yummy and cooked fresh. bed was big and mosquito net had no holes. no ac but didn’t feel too hot with the fan on. hot water was nice but hard to control.

✗ mosquito net wasn’t big enough for the bed but bugs weren’t too bad so wasn’t that big of an issue. hot water was super hard to control…was scalding hot then when adjusted would stay warm for a minute or so then turn off and would take forever to get scalding hot again.
