Great stay, super good locatio
✓ Travelled as a group of friends, it was amazing stay, super comfy beds, clean, big rooms. We took the option with breakky and it was amazing, lots of fruits, smoothie, eggs, bread and you can choose between tea and coffee. The owner and the staff are amazingz super helpful to tell you what you can do and where, are honest with the trips (e.g. they do not recommend whale watching if past weeks there has been no whale seen) Overall 10/10, would recommend and stay here again.

Amazing stay!
✓ Super lovely room with beautiful view, so close to the beach front and lots of restaurants. The staff were so friendly and gave lots of recommendations for us.

A lovely stay run by a lovely host
✓ The staff were wonderful, and went above and beyond to help us. And the owner himself was a graceful host. The room with the beach view was lovely, and the little dog of the premises was an added bonus.
✗ The neighborhood itself wasn't a very comfortable place to walk around, especially due to the tuk stands and the local bars. A little bit further from the city, but nothing too much to complain about. The rooms itself was slightly smaller than expected

✓ Well kept property with the nicest staff who go out of their way to help. Great food prepared by them and the property is very accessible to eateries and the beach just minutes away. The beach is visible from the room!
✗ Can be hard to find at first with a small road leading up to the hotel but after the first time it’s good.

There is spot Parrot Rock on Mirissa beach which is making natural wave breaker and behind it there is good spot for kids to swim.
