Ambience of resort, size of rooms, excellent pools in apartment, location and the beach

Many staff seemed new and overwhelmed at breakfast, very busy and had to queue for table/long wait for food

Staff in general were very nice and very welcoming and friendly. Facilities are excellent. Dining in food were very very good each time I ordered the food was fresh, delicious and fast to serve. Food at the breakfast though was good but some dishes needed more work to be better. Parking is free and valet. Wifi good. Room spacious and clean . Room service comes twice which is excellent service. Staff at the beach were the best and nice and helpful.

I was not feeling well one day so I requested my usual breakfast in room but they refused and did not even try to provide options due to my condition. Another occasion, I requested someone to show me around especially that the resort was big and as first visit I couldn’t know where is the restaurant, so I called reception and requested someone to come and guide me he was so tough and said its near no need for someone to come and started to explain the directions! I believe the receptionists (some not all) need more training on how to handle such requests in more lenient way rather than to be a bit rude and bluntly refuse requests!

serenity and design. rooms were very nice

the food execution was not great specially the pool/beach. the restaurants menu are similar with small deviation. lack of beauty salon is big negative for 5 star hotel.

Tranquil, stylish, sleek, quiet, luxurious!

This is my 3rd stay at the hotel and even though I it’s my favorite hotel in the UAE, I felt like the food wasn’t as good as previous visits. We ate at both restaurants and also breakfast wasn’t as special as I remember it before. I don’t feel as though I had a ‘great’ meal while I was there but on the whole, it’s still right up there!

I have stayed here a few times... I love that it is beautifully designed. The rooms are very clean and spacious. It is a very calming, relaxing and tranquil environment. I would rate it as one of the best hotels in the UAE. There is a great selection in the breakfast menu, and if you feel like being decadent, you must try toffee/ caramel pancakes. The house keeping staff service was excellent and I appreciated the tasty welcome gift. I valued the efforts to be more environmentally friendly (e.g. Plant based water bottles and non-plastic coffee pods). I always value the added touches synonymous with the high quality of Oberoi service like the fresh flowers in the room and super comfortable slippers.

The breakfast restaurant service was slow and no fresh buns available, but on the second day the service was better. The light above dining room table in the room, did not switch off. Suggest to install a switch on the cord, so that it can be manually switched off.

October to April the weather is perfect between 20 degrees to 30 degrees. May to September the weather is around 28 - 40 degrees However, for the price point summer is more cheaper

Can i bring my 2 grown up kids for extra bed

All rooms/suite can accommodate maximum of 2 adults & 2 children below 12yrs. More than this will require additional room.
