.What you see in the photos are the actual room. The property is located in the center with approximately 10 minutes from Republic square. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen so you have options to cook. Gayene was such a great host, she's always available to all our queries and responds immediately.

It’s very hard to give the money (in cash) to pay the room and the staff is not very friendly Except that the room are well equipped and the place is quite central

stairs and elevator are clean.

Bed linens were Dirty. room was small and without sofa. photos don't seprate for each apartments.

There is not mentioned, that Studio apartment has a sofa. We made sure to change the linens with the clean ones when you asked, but we are always attentive to such details as cleanliness of the apartment and the linens. Helpful staff and comfy beds. I enjoyed the big balcony my room had. The price is really good and affordable so I would stay here again if i have to. Best thing is the location as you are close to everything you need!
