✓ Pool and Spa Starbucks on site was relief because conference hot drinks was awful. Restaurant was nice Room TV was amazing

✗ Not having a phone in the room....a first for me. Hated trying to use QR code to report a faulty socket which kept cutting out hair dryer. Irritating to have use QR to order room service and to report not able to pull down room blind(314) Jusy wanted to pick a phone and ask for house keeping or room service. Had to take lift to go downstairs to reception as Internet was a nightmare.

Great service and location, but far too hot and uncomfortable!

✗ No air con in room, bright light from the corridor, and thin walls / surprisingly noisy neighbours.

Brief overnight stay on business in modern comfy hotel

✓ Modern clean room with everything you might need, comfy bed, thick curtains to block out light

✗ No staff around at breakfast so was unsure what to do. I had prepaid so eventually helped myself to a lovely cooked breakfast

✓ The breakfast was a good value just wish it was available later. Having a Starbucks onsite was also beneficial.

✗ For me and what I was there for my biggest issue was the location. If the hotel were closer to the ocean it would have served me better. And, although they addressed it quickly there was no toilet paper when I returned to my room one day. There should always be toilet paper.

Rebecca on reception made our difficult commute & first day much better. She was great!

✓ I always stay at the villages when I can
