✓ A good place to stay with very kind staff. I've stayed there several times, it's now my go to when visiting Phnom Penh.
✓ Great staff, atmosphere, price, quiet at night. They also have a shop at the ground floor, you can purchase daily commodities with more reasonable prices than convenience stores. Wifi was stable enough for online meetings.
✓ So, after a week in Pattaya, these hosts' welcome felt like home coz they really show that they are glad to see you. Overall is fine. Everything is very near and I couldnt wish for more.
✗ Nothing
✓ Location was fine, I used grab to get around. Nice restaurants nearby but most catering to foreigners so extremely overpriced. A/C is a must (even though $4/night).
✗ $4/night to use the air conditioning in the room even thought it says it’s in the room on booking.com. of course you have to use the a/c because there is no window in the room and it was 38 degrees celsius all day. Bathroom facilities could be improved. Only one place to charge devices in the room so I couldnt use my computer or phone in bed if they were charging. i used the guesthouse to book bus tickets because i thought they would give me great service for being their guest. nope, they sent me to a company they “work with.” Long story short, do not use that company. Bus was 1.5 hours late and everyone just keeps saying "its coming..soon"
✓ Amazing Place to Stay, Very silent, peaceful and comfortable. The rooms are very nice, spacious having a fridge, bed, shelves to put clothes and luggage, tables and a chair which is ideal to work from. The shared kitchen has hot water kettles that can be commonly used for thee, coffee or instant preps. Also on the ground floor there is a small grocery store from where all items are available, so one does not really have to go outside in the hot sun to get basic necessities.
✓ The room was good, towels, water, toothbrush, a good fan, aircon for an extra 4$ per night if you wish. The owners were so kind and so helpful!! I would really recommend to go to this guesthouse in Phnom Penh! Close to the city, but far enough for it to be quiet at night time.
✓ Location and friendly staff
✗ Access is a spiral staircase not easy with luggage and the room had no window to outside, the first in 3 months of travelling in SE Asia
✓ Beautiful guesthouse and really lovely hosts!
