Great value for money, easy to reach, and I would book it again when I come to back to armenia.

✓ The place is small and cozy, was ready once we reached it, and we enjoyed our stay, george and armenians are having so much hospitality and as a value for price, this place is amazing.

✓ The host was very hospitable and funny. The location is excellent, like 15 minutes walking to the center, moreover if you go to the opposite way from the house (opposite way to the center) you will need to climb a bit up the hill, and you will see Ararat mount with all its beauty. the room was clean and cozy, with all the facilities included. there is also a nice backyard at the place, where we sit at night and talked with other guests from all over the world.

Overall very nice

✓ The host Gevorg was very nice and cooperative. When I first messaged the property, his cousin answered immediately. When my colleague and I were already in Yerevan, somehow Google showed the wrong way, so be careful! We were in doubt where to go so we phoned the host and he met us and took to the house and helped us order the food. The apartment was overall nice, sunny, spacious and clean. It has air conditioning, which is important in summer, and is located in a nice place uphill -- although it may be difficult finding it for the first time. There is a place to sit in the yard. The host was OK with me checking out late since they didn't have guests the next day and helped me with my luggage.

✗ The beds were not very comfortable. There was soap, towels and toilet paper but there might have been more things like detergents and shampoo, although maybe this can be arranged with the host. As the holiday house is located on an uphill street, going from the city center you will need to climb some stairs. Another option is to get a taxi and there still will be a short stair. We were okay with climbing, but potentially it may be a disadvantage for some travellers.

Pleasant

✓ The aparment is super nice, the host waited for me in the front door of the place, its really big, it has a balcony and the place is not noisy at all.

✗ I expected to have some basic stuff llike toilet paper, and sponge and detergent. The location is not the best but thats the reason of the cheap price I think
