Located in a quiet area of Palma de Mallorca, on top of a hill, Blue Bay Hotel is 400 metres from Cala Mayor Beach and shopping area. Set in extensive gardens it offers outdoor pools.
✓ Location was great. I loved the view and the swimming pool. Room was clean and spacious.
✗ Pool closes at 6pm. No towels in my room upon arrival. I had to ask for towels 3 times before getting them. Didn’t personally like the breakfast very much. No mini fridge in the room if I wanted to keep snacks or water.

✗ The decor is old. One night my neighbours were really noisy but not hotels fault. Breakfast pastries weren’t v good. All minor things
✓ I liked the staff very much. They all were very gentle and empatic.
✗ I think that the fruit juices that were served for breakfast could be better. It seemed to me that these juices were'nt natural. It is my opinion that in such an land as Spain, where agricultural production is very developed and that is one of the greatest productors and exporters of oranges and lemons in the world it had to be served a great quantity of a natural fruit juice for the breakfast in every hotel, especially orange juice.
✓ Cleanliness and good conditions in the bedroom with a small balcony.
✗ A bit far from city center and very steep street with limited parking nearby.
✓ When you read/write reviews, they should be based on price you paid for. With that in mind, I was very happy with facilities, cleanness and breakfast was reasonable. The sea view from the balcony was nice too.
✗ No a lot , little things like following; There are safe in the rooms but you have to pay to use them🤔 The bed sheet is not white . No drinking water and no mini fridge in the rooms.
