Good value for money and location.
✓ Good location in the centre of Birmingham. All facilities as described.
✗ No a/c but fan was available. In the heat of summer, it can be overbearing. There was also a lot of noise from the construction ongoing nearby.

We have a parking onsite which is subject to availability and £12 per night , however in a case that we are fully booked the arcadian parking is located within a 3 minutes walk from our property.
