If you're looking for a cheap place to sleep the night, and don't care about much else, this is your

✓ The location is great.

✗ Be aware, this is a cheap hotel, so you get what you pay for. The walls are thin, you can hear noises from the rooms around, above, and below. Ventilation is limited. The view is non-existent. Amenities are old and outdated.

A good location for onwards travel and market square.

✓ Well located for the market square and main bus terminal, and a short walk from oasis hotel where they pick you up for trips to xmilico etc. Great if your flying in or out and want to catch bus from airport and not get stung $90 by taxi airport mafia. Rooftop pool a bonus and lots of authentic and cheap street food stands in the adjacent market square. A cheap option for onwards travel.

✗ The wifi was shockingly bad, to non existent unless you wanted to sit in reception with all the other guests trying to get a connection. But clean and plentiful hot water for showers etc.

Overall stay in this hotel was ok.

✓ Location is good. From there you can get public transport to explore cancun. R1 bus will take you to all the nearby beaches.

✗ Many things. Staff in the evening not at all supportive. Bed sheets are very dark colour and seems not clean. Rooms don’t have proper window. It’s really shady place. Don’t book for family stay.

✓ Nothing, the hotel cheat about prices and its very unkind

✗ For the first time using booking page, I didnt pay the price from the reservation. In the total price from the booking page there were included 2 kinds of taxes but on place resulted that they wanted much more money saying they have different price.I showned them confirmation with the agreed price but they said they dont care. It was very late at night and I needed to urgently search different hotel...
