Perfect location. Nice staff.

I had a room on the 2nd floor, street view and it was noisy from the busy street. The room door was also not noise-insulated.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist met us friendly even though we had to arrive very late. The service staff was very warm and friendly, always ready to help us. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful place, very close to the center. The hotel has 24-hour security, which is also a big plus in my opinion

Exceptional location, very good and delicious breakfast. The staff supported us with finding the best tours across whole Armenia. The tours you can also pay by card which is very big advantage compared to those you can find at the streets.

Receptionists were very friendly and helpful, everything is clean, it is situated in the city center

Charming hotel in a prime location with professional staff.

I had such a lovely stay in this charming hotel. The location was absolutely prime for city exploring. The sight-seeing locations, must-try restaurants, convenient stores, shops, money exchanges, etc were all just a few minutes walk away. I had a lovely room overlooking Amiryan street and another room overlooking a small children's playground in the back street. The rooms were very spacious, both the tiled one and the carpeted and both very comfortable. There were more than enough towels, linens, pillows and a very comfortable bed with daily room cleaning. It had plenty of closet space with clothes hangers, a safety deposit box, mini fridge and condiments area. You can request for iron and board and it will be promptly provided. There was a good breakfast spread where guests have the option to have in your room or in the common area. The particular highlight of my stay was how absolutely wonderful it was to deal with the staff. The manager, George and the rest of the staff like Christina were so accommodating, extremely professional and amazing hosts. They were kind enough to help me with my reservation problems and even made sure that my luggage were taken care of and transferred with absolutely zero hassle on my part. I feel so safe and grateful for the way they handled my stay.

Just a slight tiny note on sound proofing --- not so much about the street noise which is expected it being in such a central location, it's more of the sounds from the corridors and other rooms. You can hear people speaking in the corridors and hear foot steps. I had a bit of trouble locking and unlocking my door as there was a technique to it that I can't seem to do until after 3 or 5 attempts -- but maybe that's just me.
