The staff was approachable and were not on our face all the time.

✓ The location was ideal to our home which is being renovated and the room was pleasant.

✗ Our room was not cleaned on Sunday not sure whether cleaners clean on Sundays. We extended our stay for 2 more nights. I logged into the Website to book 2 more nights. It would have been nice to be notified at the reception that we can extend if we so wish at the reception.

Simplicity at its finest

✓ it’s location was so perfectly situated and the apartments are very nice. Jenna is such a treat. Always available to help and so beautiful, kind and understanding. Defos owe her a coffee or a lunch

✗ well the rooms are abit small and not all the fitting on the door and stove we actually on properly, door handles we also abut loose. need to do a proper maintenance and pay extra attention to the “fine print”

✓ Really spacious room that was clean and well organised. Lots of storage, a safe for valuable items, and a very large bed. Great value for money considering the size of the room.

✗ The bed is lined with cardboard, for what reason I do not know. Worst of all they didnt make a good job of hiding it. Reception staff very rude, and lazy to even greet with a smile.
