✓ Everything! Immediate first class treatment from first step on property. We were early, room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to a bigger suite with a terrace bigger than the room and overlooked all of Positano. Staff was attentive and always there for you from housekeeping to bartenders to waiters to the front desk. Buffet breakfast with mimosa and Bloody Mary bar was delicious. Manager, Firenza(?sorry?) answered every question and had our backs the entire stay.

✓ Location and views were amazing. Easy to access beach and ocean area.
✗ Rooms are very old and tired and could do with a makeover. I feel the hotel was overpriced for what it was but I guess you are paying for the views.
