Nice cozy village and beautiful view into the mountains. The staff was very nice and helpful. You can always get some nice coffee and snacks in the lobby. The bed very very comfortable:)

Was warm, clean, good nutrition. Good wifi - had several voip calls without any issues. There is mulled wine in a reception at evening - it is cool option when you back from skiing. All required for skiing is located very close: rent ski and lift to ski slopes

Soundproof isn't good - it was clearly audible neighbors(conversation, creaking bed) from upper floor and from close room. Launchbox(if you leave hotel very early) is paid - 6 euro per person. Ski locker also is paid.

Dear Client , We moved you from one room to another because you complained about the room you booked that had two single beds , the room you booked yourself. Breakfast in Europe doesn´t contain any vegetables , there is a fresh fruit salad and three cooked /hot articles different every day. You should read the description of each hotel before you reserve if you were so disappointed with the facilities. It is what it is , don´t complain afterwards and especially not at the price you paid for excellent service and gastronomy.

It was conveniently located right at a bus stop, which made it easy to get around. The breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed the leftover pastries that were left out during the day.

There was a lot of water damage around the tub/shower, and the shower curtain was moldy along the bottom and discolored. Maybe it was considered the off season but there was only someone at the front desk during our scheduled check-in time. Otherwise, there was a sign with a phone number to call if you needed something (of course, that only works if you have cell service).

We have specific check-in times so as not to have staff hanging around through the small hours awaiting randomly for any old show up. That´s why we get in touch to find out what time you´ll be arriving showing some consideration to our desk staff. If by some inconvenience your check in is delayed please feel free to call the number on the door but we have 24hr staff so you´re not inconvenienced cell service or not.

The hotel is located just across the road from the gondola station . The hotel staff were friendly and efficient . Always a pleasant welcome on entering the hotel and dining room .

Nothing not to like . Just a couple of things that we think could be an improvement . A toaster would be a useful addition to the buffet breakfast . The evening meal was varied and well cooked and presented, but would have liked to have seen a few more local dishes on the menu.

Noise from the Disco opposite, too loud. €5 daily charge for an unheated ski locker.

Dear Guest , The restaurant not disco in front has an APRES SKI terrace. No music after 7.30pm so as not to disturb anybody´s sleep. Heated lockers on the ski station from 15.00€ a day , everybody is welcome to choose where they put their equipment for storage except in the rooms where it´s not allowed.

I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. We asked to pay when we arrived but was told we could pay at the end of the stay. They just took my credit card as security. My friend offered his for the other room but was told there was no need as he could pay on checkout. When we went to check we discovered they charged my Debit card for the full amount €595 for both rooms. I was told it had been taken out that morning so I asked for them to cancel the transaction and start again. They took €297 from from my friends credit card then and issued me with a refund slip for the €297. It was only when I returned home I discovered they had taken the money out the 2nd day of the stay. This left me overdrawn on the account, as I only keep approx. €100/€150 credit extra on my debit card in case of scammers taking my balance. This will cost me €20 in overdrawn fees. To date the balance has not been returned to my account so I have lodged another €300 to cover other transactions I made. I filled the car with fuel before I left etc. I hope I do not get anymore overdrawn fees because of this. These are expenses I did not allow for through no fault of my own. and I feel a little pissed off because of it. I will wait to see when the refund arrive s in my account.
