The staff is lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was nice. But so is the bar and restaurant. Location is good. Beds are comfortable and so is the shower.

I had a very noisy room at first but they moved me after one night and all was well and quiet.

Very nice and clean hotel. You can see it has been refurbished recently. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms are bright and spacious, also you can use excellent gym.

I personally would like to see a larger section for cold breakfast options: like granola, museli, classic Greek yogurt for example. Otherwise breakfast is good.

breakfast was very delicious and varied, with fresh vegetables and fruits every day.

There was unpleaseant smell in the room. The aircondition only worked to heat the room without the option to cool

The most appropriate to my expectations hotel. If you are looking for comfortable, high level staff and near the center hotel, this is it. Available for cooking omelettes by request. They have beautiful restaurant with normal prices and good meals. Wide beds, nice smell, clean, quiet. Absolutely, have to return here.

Excellent room renovation. Spacious bathroom with shower, access to the balcony. A lot of delicious meals in breakfast. Included spa, pool, sauna. Highly recommended to stay here

Excellent room, good breakfast, lot of meals. Pool, sauna and spa included in. They have a massage for additional fee. Modern renovation, big bathroom with shower and nice smell in room and halls! Highly recommended to stay here. Please add omelette to breakfast =)

The hotel seems new and thus very fresh. The room was spacious with very big and comfortable bed. Thumbs up for the bathroom: really warm, with superb shower and good water pressure, with some space to put things on, clean and light. The room service was very good: regular cleaning, changing towels, dental kits and stuff like that every other day, bringing new water bottles, etc. The hotel restaurant and bar is efficient and has nice food on the menue. They also have room delivery, which was handy and worked very accurately. The location is very convenient: nice area, close to the city center. I thought the quality of the hotel was worth its price.

1. The breakfast is the weak point. I am really not demanding in terms of breakfast, but they serve food which is not exactly breakfasty. You can only have boiled eggs and no omlette or other variations, there is no porridge or cereals. Instead, they have quite a lot of potatoe and vegetable dishes which in my thinking would rather fit for branch then breakfast. No selection of juices, apart from only one, and it is not clear what kind of juice it is, because there is no caption and it is impossible to tell by taste. No sparkling water or bottled water. Good, though peculiar selection of bakery and jams though. Fruits are mostly oranges and other citrus. It was rather disappointing all in all. 2. The air conditioner in the room was hard to control. I had to ask the member of staff to help me, because at some point the temperature in my room dropped to +19 C degrees and cleaners must have been thinking that it was normal, leaving it as it is. For the first night I was freezing, but then I asked for help and they eagerly sorted it out. 3. The massage in the spa is actually not the hotel's: they invite specialists from elsewhere. Hence, you need to book rather in advance, there is no walk-in service.
