✓ Amazing I like to stay here every time I can and I travel a lot to Bulgaria so I always stay here when I have job near Sunny Beach and Pomorie.

✓ It was nice, clean and communicative location. The breakfast was amazing so was the dinner, they allow me to have lunch despite my checkout time.

Good value for the price

✓ For the price we pay we couldnt expect luxury. We enjoyed our holiday a lot! We had lot of fun in aquapark. We were satisfied with variety of food. I think breakfast were the best. They make a good alcoholic drinks from quite decent domestic alcohol. We also enjoyed night club although it supposed to be close. It was great that hotel offers free transfer to the beach. For us as a group of friends it was good holiday. I must also Thanks to Moldovian bartender who makes us holiday great! He was very friendly and helpful. We were really shocked when he said us that he got some penalty because he was making such a great job! (in compare with other guy who was working drunk one night)

✗ It doesnt look like 4* hotel. We didnt have a soap in the room, we got only 2 small shower gels for entire stay so we had to buy our own. Our towel in the room was dirty after we come to the room. Snack bar was open only until 3pm so from 3pm till 6:30pm we couldnt have any food in all inclusive hotel. Nonalcoholic drinks seems to be very cheap. There wasnt any classic juice, only some cheap versions. We also heard that employes work here in very bad conditions and hotel managment try to pay them as low as they can.

✗ The afternoon breakfast could be improved-only fruits and junk- cookies, fries and sandwiches at the pool bar and available only until 4pm.

✓ The food was delicious. I was for only one day but the hotel offers all inclusive and I had only breakfast and lunch which were delicious and so many options to eat. The room was clean, the pool as well, there was an aqua park where you and your kids can enjoy. It was a lovely stay.

It was okay compared with the price

✓ Room was big and clean, pool was nice, staff was nice. Food was good and bad, it depends of what exactly you were eating. Some of it was actually good, but some of it really not okay.

✗ I received a room for family(with bunk beds and double bed all in the bedroom, but I ordered a double room). The wifi was not working. Bedroom door was broken and the bedroom wardrobe was closed with lock and had cleaning supplies inside, so we could not use it. Some of the food was either really bad tasting or just tasteless or full of oil. The drinks in all inclusive are quite bad. It was not such a low price that we paid so I think it could have been a little bit better, but it was okay.
