✓ Exceptionally helpful staff. Comfortable and quiet room.

✗ I arrived by train on a Sunday. No taxis, so I walked!!! The restaurant was closed, which was very disappointing. There aren't any sidewalks so I couldn't walk at night to a restaurant. I went to the grocery store at 6:00pm instead for bread and cheese. If you can't keep the restaurant open, might the staff assist with ordering food for delivery. That was the only bad thing about the hotel.

✗ the room need maintenance because some stuff was broken, there’s also some mold on the wall

The best place to stay close to Malpensa airport.

✓ Well done no nonsense modern hotel. Close enough to Malpensa to catch your flight, but with a charming town to walk around. Check out the local diner Marechiaro for a pasta lunch for example. Or either an ancient medieval church with frescos or the enormously oversized local 19th century church for culture. Hotel staff kind and helpful, quick to arrange taxi's at a fair price and the lobby serves a wine they make at their own property in Sardinia. Large sun covered terrace.

✗ Not much. All was better than expected. The provincial road they are on is not very nice, but walk into town just around the corner. Breakfast could be better, but on the other hand the juices stay available in the fridge all day.

Neatly located, convenient hotel with excellent people looking after it.

✓ Stay here for the location, the beautiful size of the rooms and windows, the overall layout of the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. Very friendly and caring staff and beautiful outdoor sitting feature which adds so much to the overall experience, specially during summers.

✗ Not much really, just wish this hotel was a bit closer to Malpensa. It is about 14km from Terminal 1.

good choice for a night next to Malpensa airport

✓ checked in very late and left quite early in the morning. everything was as described. they called us in advance to arrange the room settings and provided connected rooms which was very nice. rooms were clean and comfortable. I was surprised you could still hear the airplane noise quite loud but that wasn't too bad. Breakfast was good, although the staff were a bit slow. Overall, for one night next to the airport, it was very good.
