Great place to stay near Axamer Lizum

✓ I loved how clean it was, the breakfast, the location.

✗ Bar/restaurant closes a bit early at 9pm. No air conditioning in the summer makes it quite hot. Gym is quite sparse

Very happy, would come back again :)

✓ The decoration and type of room, nice, smart and possibility of warming up food, fridge, cooking :) soft bed.

✗ The shower was a litle bit mouldy in the corners. It was a litle bit loud, I could hear neighbours and babies, but quiet in the night :) The balcony was a litle bit open so I could see the neibours.

✓ Good location, spectacular mountain view, spacious parking, comfortable room and pillows, cozy interior, small kitchenette.

✗ 1. Workers started drill at 7am to make terrace, and continued be loud until 8pm. Not very convenient especially if want to relax, or have kids, or need rest before trail running. There was no information in advance for guests for such inconvenience, nor discount from property. 2. Breakfast staff: 2.1. I wanted to take with me unfinished sandwich and lady came to me and said in rude and loud tone “we do not provide take away lunch boxes” and took away w/o my response. I would it it there. 2.2. Some guests were offered also hot breakfast, but i didn’t understand based on what staff is asking them. i stayed 2 nights. 3. Spa information - didn’t receive information, until I asked receptionist.

My stay was ok, but not spectacular

✓ The location relative to the city of Innsbruck, the view from the balcony, huge tv in rooms, nice indoor pool and sauna, friendly reception staff

✗ The breakfast was kinda weak, room was not cleaned during my stay, kitchen staff was a bit unfriendly

Very good

✓ Quite large rooms and good food on breakfast. Free parking, nice location hotel. I used local communication - the bus stop was very near.

✗ I hit the renovation time - it could have been a bit of an inconvenience, but it wasn't too bad. After the renovation it will certainly only get better.

✓ the owner/front desk manager are exceptionally kind, the views from the hotel are beautiful

✗ it’s a bit far from Innsbruck city center, rooms and facilities are a bit dated

the view from the room is like heaven

✓ The view was amazing, the room is spacious, everything was super clean, the room has small but full kitchen, the team was super helpful, i lost my airpods at the bus and they called the main bus office and helped me to get it back

✗ the heater didn’t work in my room

Pleasant

✓ Beautiful scenery around. Possibly a nice location to stay for a weekend.

✗ I stayed only for 1 night, as sleep-over. The room seemed very dated, and maybe with good intention but the balcony door was partly opened as I arrived, which I didn't appreciate much, as it was 5C outside and heating was off, took me another few hours to get warm. Dinner took nearly 2 hours, the staff in restaurant was nice but seemed short, took 15 min, to come back to me to let me know that the soup I ordered is not available, I had to wait for the person at the reception in the morning to arrive before I could check-out, breakfast wasn't great either, scrambled eggs were too dry and it took 3 attempts to get the coffee from the machine right. I do not want to sound too picky but I would expect a different experience for a 4* hotel. The value for the money just wasn't there.
