Hello, unfortunately we are only capable of arriving by 4am. Is is possible to check-in at such a time? Of course we would be paying for the night before but just wanted to check if the reception would be open at such a time.

Hi We are looking to book the hotel. But will not be arriving till about 11pm do you do late check in? And also do you have ski rental at the hotel?

Unfortunately, your reservation on booking.com did not say any specific bed type request and the confirmation we received did not specify either. When you checked in you showed us the booking.com app which said twin beds, but at this point we could only have half of the rooms within you booking with this type of beds as of the hotel being full. We are sorry we couldn´t provide you with twin beds later on during your stay. We do recommend you to send the hotel an email next time you visit us, so that we are sure on the type of beds you need.
