An Argentinian concierge person, Mr. Damian, was very friendly, informative and helpful. A Ms. Marfany was very friendly and did help me by calling a cab for me in the morning. Mr. Damian also did help me to store in the hotel's refrigerator some perishable goods I had with me.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. The check in and check out was extremely smooth. The staff went out of their way to help us find public transport for a certain location we wanted to visit. Kudos! Highly recommended.

Location cannot be better, right in the centre of shopping area. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Room sound proof is poor, can be noisy. Room has a unpleasant smell.

The best thing about this hotel was the location. Great location right on the shopping street with lots of bars and restaurants. Great for exploring the city.

The beds were not very comfortable and they were very short. There was no fan or AC.

That kind of place in which they make the customer feel like a non-welcome guest. A very unpleasant attitude, absolutely out of place. It is a 2-star hotel at the most, old worn furniture and if you happen to have rude neighbors is very noisy.
