✓ Price and service is okay. I did not make a reservation for the evening buffet, but the nice restaurant coordinator was able to offer me a table. Big thank you for that. The evening buffet is very good. Large selection of dishes. The breakfast is rich and good as well. Nice & helpful reception staff

✗ Check in at 3:00 pm is not up to date. 14:00 pm would be appropriate. I can understand if the pool bar closes earlier (05:00 pm) because of the weather. But a pool bar on the roof and with a covered area should be open on a Saturday evening. Plastic cups for cocktails at the bar on the first floor (ground floor)? Seriously?

✓ I like that, for the early check-in people, the rooftop pool is open for us, which is pretty great. The breakfast and the gym are included. These are GREAT!!!

✗ So, here is the thing. Upon the check-in, they offer "upgrade" options for All Inclusive package and dinner-only package, which is quite nice for them to offer more food options since this is a very nice hotel equipped with two pools and gym for a stay-in kind of vacation. HOWEVER, they did not specify the "upgrade" can only be added upon arrival day or 3 days before check-out. I had booked the hotel room for 2 days only, so when I wanted to add All Inclusive package on the last day of my stay, it was too late, so I had to sort out other dinner and food options outside of the hotel. I feel like this is just a case of lack of good communications on both sides, so it would be better if the information of "upgrade" to be delivered clearer to the customers.
