✗ I didn't like the reception guy. Look like he work to make favour and he doesn't want to be disturb when he on is private phone , speake to a friend, grilfriend, or play game. is just ridicolous. He get paid with my money as well.

✓ When I arrived I wasn't well but the staff went above and beyond to help me sort out the room. Sadly I didn't get to experience the facilities but the room was very comfortable and clean which was what I needed. We went during the monsoon season and the cloud didn't lift, but I can imagine how amazing this hotel would be be on a dry clear day. Would recommend.

Fantastic value and location for money with attentive staff.

✓ The staff was very friendly and attentive which was certainly a plus and the location was great, right in the heart of everything. I felt safe as a female solo traveller and the security was quite good; they lock the front of the hotel with these rolldown gates. The food at the hotel was very good, fresh, and priced reasonably.

Beautiful views. Clean and nice budget hotel

✓ The room is spacious. Beds are comfortable, although a little bit hard if your not used to firmed mattresses. Toilet is clean. Linen is decent. The food is good, but you have to order in advance and schedule your breakfast/dinner at a specific time, which they will have ready. Staff are very kind and nice

✗ Hot water wasn’t always available. Almost everyday I had to call reception to let them know, they were always kind and solved the problem, but once fixed, hit water would only run a few minutes. I don’t know why, but I didn’t stay in the room I booked on the fist night… but they switched me on the second night. There was a very big and very noisy group having a party, singing songs and playing the guitar almost after midnight. I called recepción and they talked to big group. I had to call through booking because there was no one at reception

I will highly recomend this place.

✓ I like everything about this property. The location was great and staff were great too, especially Sambar Lama was best. He ensured that our stay is good. He sings really well and played guitar for us. He guided us for sunrise and sunset points. The food was very good and staffs were really friendly.

✗ There was nothing I did not like the property. In case you are not that fond of dogs, they have three dogs in house but realy friendly and cute dogs.
