✓ Sauna is great and a must. Location is also very nice and the garden is beautiful.
✗ Sadly the room was very loud. Not suitable for light sleeper, as I am. However, once I mentioned it the manager, he was very nice, apologised and even gave us a bottle of sparkly wine to take home.

✓ Wonderful place to stay, superb staff in all areas, marvellous food. An oasis of comfort and calm after a long days drive. Brilliantly managed hotel. I have stayed here several times now and they never fail to please, exceptional in all respects !

Good, but too expensive for the experience they provided us
✓ - stunning terrasse in our room, beyond expectations. - beautiful village and scenary - receptionists was very sweet and so helpful
✗ - the cleaning team cleaned the room above ours (vacuum) at 7:30am, waking us up - the service at the à la carte restaurant was a catastrophy. First time in my life that I didnt leave a tip. - the breakfast buffet was alright but not impressive. The service was slow, had to run after staff to receive coffee/tea - many wasps by the pool (hundreds), definitely cannot sunbathe by the pool (safety)
