Overall we had a great stay at this beautiful property!
✓ The location, activities, friendly staff and beautiful views made this place truly magical.
✗ Only downfall is the restaurant. The food was ok but the staff took awhile to take our order and they didn’t bring all our order. We had to ask for it to get it. room service order was delivered over 30 mins late on the few times we ordered. once they sent our food to a different room and didn’t even bother to find out who the order was for 45 mins later when we finally called again they told us what happened and brought us cold food.

Good evening, The ski center Le Relais is very close to the hotel either 5 minutes by car or 10 to 15 minutes walk. We do not have any shuttle to get there, but we can always call a taxi if needed. Best regards

Good evening, the daily room cleaning is not avaible under 5 nights with us. In contrast, during your stay, if you need anything in your room (towels, coffee cups or anything else) we send it to you as soon as possible.
