Pleasant, clean, comfortable, nice and well placed.

✓ Beautiful and pleasant place. Warm and kind staff. Very clean and comfortable room, though shower a little small. Good place for travelling around Kaprun area and attractions. Very good breakfast ! Recommended !

✗ Had to pay for parking !

✓ Rooms are comfortable, food was good, facilities were good. Staff were really very nice.

✗ Location wasn't as good as expected. The ski bus stop was very close but the frequency was only once every 30 min, and it was only going to Kaprun/Kitzsteinhorn, rather than in both directions, i.e also to Zell. It's of course not the responsibility of the hotel to decide on the frequency or route of the bus, but it does mean one needs a car to be flexible to also experience the other areas included in the ski pass, and should be pointed out in the hotel description And given that one is better off with a car, charging €8 for car parking per day is quite a lot. An improvement to the rooms would be tea making facilities

Super helpful staff and comfortable place with excellent facilities

✓ loved the facilities and super comfortable bed. The Spa area was incredibly relaxing and well-catered. Breakfast options were overall nice but maybe it needs more variety. Staff is super helpful and informative. They also offer the summer card which gives you a whole lot of discount and free entrances and rides around the city.

✗ The property was perfect, it’s just a little far from the bus station, around a 10 mins walk, which was only inconvenient when we were walking with our luggage to the hotel. The rooms might need to add a kettle, coffee and a mini fridge.

✓ Breakfast, very tasty meals at dinner, pool&sauna, Zell am see&Kaprun summercard included (many free entrances, cable cars, local transport,etc). Very kind and helpfull Slovak staff

✗ Wifi sometimes and in some location weak; paid parking place 8€/day, but sometimes hard to find free place

✓ The view over the mountains and castle was really nice. Zell am See and Kaprun card was a plus. Breakfast was plenty and good . It could a little bit improve by adding more bread options.

✗ The Hotel was a decent one, but by no means a 4 Star Hotel. Moreover a decent 3 star hotel. Bathroom was really tiny. Water flow on the shower was really bad. Only one chair at the small balcony. Room was over kitchen so we had all the kitchen smell and noise in the room.

Lovely area, happy to come back in the future

✓ I enjoyed the SPA area, it was pleasant, clean and with a lovely place to rest. Very spacious room and luxurious bathroom, parking spots available next to the building, included in price.

✗ Nobody was available at the reception, I had to search for someone to check in. The furniture was pretty oldfashioned, no desk available to work on.
