In general, everything was fine: sea distance is optimal (5-7 min of walking), bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
✓ Value for the money, sea distance.
✗ Room equipment (literally nothing to support your stay, no kettle, no shampoo, no shower gel, no bottled water) & Food Quality. Overall, canteen was OK: lots of choice, different cuisines — but I had strong symptoms of intoxication that went away only 2 days after, whereas all friends in my group had diarrhea symptoms. So, be careful with the food and especially with “Burger House” restaurant (I would even advise you not to go there). The general recommendation is to not expect a lot from this place: it’s a usual family hotel designed for low-medium income households.

✓ The staff were so friendly and the food was very good. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day.
✗ A lot of young families with babies so we just couldn't get away from babies crying at breakfast lunch and dinner. Also rooms are a little on the small side and no privacy. No WiFi in the rooms.
