Hotel With Jeju

✓ location is not far from town and airport

✗ there’s no hanger to hang clothes or towel in the bathroom, the lights in the room is too dim for us and it’s slight difficulties to pack our things in the night.

Just a normal hotel, don’t get your expectation so high

✓ Clean, and location is good

✗ I don’t understand why this hotel’s rating is so high, I mean this is just some normal hotel anywhere you can find. Especially after waiting taxi for 45 mins in heavy rain and I asked staff to see if she can get a cab for us, short answer I got is we don’t have this service. When we leave Jeju to the airport, the second hotel’s staff asked us do we have trouble getting taxi and he can help us to call, in a big sunshine afternoon. See the irony?

Decent rooms, terrible staff

✗ Staff were horrendous and not interested in helping guests at all. From check in staff told me to tag our own bags for safekeeping while they prepare the room. Then when I asked them to call me a taxi they said they didn’t offer this service. The room itself was clean but the bathroom shower didn’t have a door. So this led to some uncomfortable times with my friends especially since one was female.

Fair stay

✓ I liked the fact that cleaning was done daily.

✗ The room lacked basic supplies like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and perhaps bathrobes, we were told we had to buy our own toothpaste when we asked. Its the first time I stayed at a hotel in Jeju that didn't provide such. Furthermore the bathroom was too tiny. For someone as tall as I am, I had a couple of accidents mistakenly hitting the wall while taking a shower. This is because the space is too cramped up.

✗ The front of the hotel doesn't look good at all, and is poorly decorated outside. The hotel did not even have toothpaste and brush like other hotels. No microwave to warm food. My bathroom so tight and I could not turn around to even shower.

✓ its convenient, clean and spacious. we got a connecting family room, much to our surprise and were enjoyed our stay.
