✓ EVERYTHING MET MY EXPECTATIONS AS I HAVE VISITED THE HOTEL SEVERAL TIMES, GREAT VIEW OF THE HARBOR AND CITY IN THE CORNER ROOM
✗ SINCE I BOOKED AN APARTMENT WITH KITCHEN, I WAS SURPRISED THAT AFTER THE TAKEOVER OF THE NEW HOTEL GROUP, HARDLY TO ALMOST NO DISHES, AND COOKING UTENSILS WERE AVAILABLE. BEFORE CORONA EVERYTHING WAS SUFFICIENTLY AVAILABLE. ONLY AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS I GOT A PAN , POT AND DISHES, SO THAT IT WAS POSSIBLE TO COOK.

✓ Very good room with a balcony and Bay views. Great location for Big Sight and close to Ariake Garden. Easy to get to from Shimbashi via MonoRail.

Worth it for a short stay.
✓ The Premium room is definitely worth the money for a short stay. There's a great view of the ocean and it was very quiet as I had to do some work for a couple of days. It had everything I needed.
✗ A little dusting could have been done. I found some on the air purifier and panel on the air conditioner.
