✗ Stressed employees at reception, the photo of the hotel doesn't show everything, they have another building behind, access is through the basement, confusing and with stairs, difficult access. External garage.

Bunkbed is not for adult.

✗ Breakfast is so so, not many choice. We were group of 4 adoults and they give us bunkbed which was 20 cm shorter than me. It could be cleaner.

✓ Good location, in the center of the city. Nice room, with a view on one side. The breakfast was also good. Nice and polite staff. We liked the bike storage facilities. The city is good to explore the area, with easy acces to Pordoi and Sella Ronda and also, Fedaia/Marmolada.
✗ We had an issue with the shower, but the staff sorted it out fast.

✗ The staff at the restaurant and breakfast were rude and not helpful at all. The rooms have a door connecting them with no sound proofing. The kid next door to me work me up early and late at night crying. Front desk peop,e were Luke warm. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
