Quiet place, nice villas, poor infrastructure

✓ entire villa affordable spacious balcony nice view basically you only hear the sound of a river super friendly host marvellous restaurant in a nearby building

✗ almost no infrastructure: supermarkets and most of restaurants are located in Dilijan. A flip side of being in a peaceful place nearby restaurant is brilliant yet quite expensive there are neighbour villas, be ready to meet and hear other guests I would recommend to renew cutlery be careful: the most chip villa is actually a second floor in a staff's house.

Clean and spacious property provided you stay in villas 1, 2 or 3 and not in villa 4.

✓ Clean property, welcoming and caring hosts. The hosts are ready to help you with anything. The views from the property are serene with calm and cold air. Very peaceful and relaxing location. Rooms and washrooms are immaculately clean and fitted with a shattaf. The dillijazz, next to the property is ideal for food. Room was spacious. The property has enough space for kids to play.

✗ I booked this property so that I can have a direct mountain view from the room as advertised on the booking.com platform however, upon check in, I was given villa number 4 which was on the road with a road view. I couldn't enjoy my time on the balcony as I had anticipated. Beds are extra soft and not many travelers will be comfortable with it.

If the bed didn't creak, it would be super. Anyway, warm staff almost compensated for that.

✓ The staff was kind and helpful, especially the cleaning woman. Thankful for their service.

✗ The only drawback was the creaking bed. Also, the double room I took was closer to a single size, but it was not critical.
