Thd location was perfect, close to the Republic Square and most of the attractions, big room and comfortable bed, the staff was so helpful and they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friend and if I come back I will stay again in this hotel.

The breakfast timing was too late. The international standard usually starts from 6:30am to 10:00 .. in central hotel the breakfast starts late at 8:00 , most tours starts at 8:00 which makes it challenging to manage .

Located in the center of Yerevan, you can walk everywhere by walk. Room is clean and spacious, the staffs are very friendly, and the breakfast is also decent. Perfect place to stay.

Room was nice, clean. Breakfast very good :) Very nice staff at the reception. I liked the girl named Greta the most. The ladies cleaning the rooms saved us when we ran out of coffee in the room. A big thank you!

The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, the location is central and you could walk to many places, so the car isn't needed. But it was quiet enough. The personnel was very helpful and friendly.

No USB ports for charging devices, and the air conditioner was weak. The door in the shower was not closing properly, so we often had water pooled in front of the shower door.

Had a great stay at the hotel for one week. The staff was very friendly and helpful to organise some things for me. I loved the breakfast buffet: every day, there was a different type of cake, each tastier than the previous one. Location has not to be discussed, the hotel is around the corner of the Republic Square; yet its location is in a calm side street.
