✓ Food is delicious. Midday buffet is enough for a full meal. Dinner is amazing, I was sad sometimes I could not eat everything (because there’s a lot)

A wonderful experience in the middle of Alps!
✓ Beautiful room with a picturesque view Nice and attentive personnel Great cosmetics in the bathroom The bathroom was much better in reality than in the pictures and it looked very clean Also, very clean looking spa area Nice breakfast with custom prepared eggs and milk and yoghurt from own farm Overall a great experience and definitely one of the best hotels I've ever visited!
✗ Water in the outside swimming pool was 1-2 degrees too low. Information brochure stated 34C. With a bit warmer water it could be a completely different level of experience. The indoor pool was also too cold. The balcony itself was very nice but it could be so much better arranged with cosy soft chairs and some nice table There was no kettle and bottle opener in the room (however it was possible to make oneself a tea in the spa area in plastic cups) The fridge in the room was not working (perhaps it was switched off, I haven't checked) The spa shoes were provided in the room only on the first day and not exchanged during the whole stay, even after they got wet and a bit dirty in the spa area The shower/bath area didn't have a luxourious feel, it was not a very modern look. However the bathroom in general was very nice and much better than in the pictures. The hair dryer had low power In the pictures the outside pool looks bigger than in the reality Usage of pool and spa area was limited only till 8pm I would wish for some more daily breakfast variation, as it can get a bit monotonous during longer stays

You can rent skis 200 m away from the hotel. The skipass prices you can find online at the stubai glacier.

There is a bus from the airport to the main train station, there you need to change the bus. The bus to the stubay valles is called "590". We can also pick you up at the airport, the price is Euro 60,00 per way/per car (you probaly need 2 cars)

The nearest airport is in Innsbruck (INN) There is a piblic ski bus which leaves every 15 min and it's free of charge. Unfortunately you can't see aurora from the hotel
