✗ no parking no comforters or blankets provided was charged for water bottles on the fridge. there was no mention of these charges anywhere. found out during checkout. receptionist was repeating herself: “you have to pay”, no explanation, no empathy at all

Great staff, not clean in the basic room.

✓ The front desk staff did everything they could to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was also good, nice location near a market and a few restaurants, and of course the beach.

✗ The cleaning staff is terrible. Coming from the US, there is a standard of hygiene preferred and anticipated in a hotel with the word "Executive" in it. My room had previous guests urine on the floor of the bathroom. The cleaning staff "cleaned" the bathroom using the same rag all over the floor and then used that same rag, again, to "clean" the floors of the main room, dragging the urine everywhere. But, the front desk staff was on point to fix this and other cleanliness issues.

✗ They need to be trained about how to give atendance. Breakfast have no options for Vegan/Vegetarian. Parking is so difficult we have to stop in front off hotel without good condition to take luggages.
