We had a wonderful time, very restful!

✓ We loved our room, very spacious, and clean. The location was great, we could walk to the majority of places we wanted we wanted to visit. The staff was very courteous, concierge was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Would stay again!

✓ Location, staff, price! It was wonderful! Would absolutely stay again!

✗ They say they have a 4pm check in guarantee but we check in 2/3 rooms early (awesome!) one wouldn’t be ready till 4, no problem! Butttt 4 came and went, and then it wasn’t ready till almost 6pm. Which was a struggle for the girls in the room to get ready in our rooms (11 women on this trip!)

It was okay. I've stayed in other hotels in the area, and this one was just okay.

✓ Location was great. The front desk staff was great. The room had a slight odor whenever the A/C wasn't running.

✗ I didn't care for some of the valet staff when we first arrived. They did a lot of talking before we were even acknowledged. This happened twice during our stay. The last day the valet staff was great and very attentive. They were the only ones we tipped.
