An awesome first experience of Clarens guided by passionate hotel staff.
✓ The breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was a full buffet and excellent. On Monday morning, there was no buffet and no menu to select breakfast from. The waitron had no clue as to what will be served with eggs. She eventually returned when the breakfast arrived to indicate that we could only have pork sausages with the eggs. So as soon as the larger percentage of guests depart, the remaining guests are compromised on in terms of breakfast. I liked that, overall, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! We had good guidance on places to visit, hiking trails and restaurant options. Each bedroom has its own fireplace and an air conditioning unit with heat functions. Beautiful ambiance and great views.

Good experience all in all, i will definitely stay there again
✓ Staff was friendly, food was exceptional and location is good.
✗ Air conditioner was cold even though it was set to 30 degree Celsius. But at least there was an electric blanket to my rescue.
