Well, perfect location, good food..very welcoming!✌️

✓ The location was just perfect, just adjacent to the ganga river bank.

✓ Everytime I come to Varanasi I pick Vishnu Rest House. Very good value for money, stunning location, perfectly placed and very nice staff.

✓ The stay has been very good. We arrived very late, and yet the chef prepared dinner for us. He has been very kind throughout our stay, preparing a delicious breakfast for us every day and engaging in friendly conversation. They were always very kind, and the views from the terrace are incredible.

✗ The place is nice, although we chose the cheapest room and some water leaked in due to the rain. I think if you choose a better room on the second floor, you won't have these issues.

✓ The view from this place is incredible. It is right on the Ganga and we were so impressed with such an incredible view in the heart of varanasi. The staff were helpful 🙂

✗ The rooms were a little hot but nothing that wasn't manageable, we also had an issue with being locked in early in the morning, so make sure you ask someone the night before to leave it open for you.

✓ Great location and staff were very nice and helpful. Simple but clean rooms. Amazing view to the Ganga.

✗ Foot paths and paths to get to the hotel (OUTSIDE the venue) were not very clean but this is Varanasi. Hopefully in the future the City can be cleaner.

✓ Best location. View of the Ganges excellent. Service was good. Very good WiFi. Lots of little stores and cafes nearby. Food served was quite nice. Would stay again.

✗ It is quite difficult to get to. Small part of the way has to be by foot but people from the hotel come and meet you to help with luggage. Room was quite basic but bed very comfortable. Room I had was next to steps leading to the river which meant there is some noise from passing people and dogs tended to be somewhat noisy at night but this would not deter me from staying here again.
