Hello,we have a limited number of fridges. It depends on the availability of the hotel,we can put fridge to the room.

O kolika do kolika je podávaná snídaně? Konvice na čaj je v každé místnosti?
Standardně se snídaně podává od 7:30 do 9:30h., závisí i od počtu ubytovaných. Při menším počtu snídaní ji servírujeme na pokoj. Konvice na čaj je jen na vybraných pokojích, převážně je to benefit pro hosty, kteří se objednávají napřímo.

Dear Iván, thank you for your feedback. We have very modern reception system with online check-in. Our reception is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30. After that we save the key to the security box in front of the hotel. One day before arrival, we contact the guests by phone and send an automatic e-mail with detailed information regarding online check-in and handing over the keys. If a larger group of people arrives, the reception is open until late in the evening. Thanks for information about a smell in the hallway, we bought diffusers with a lovely scent.
