Best hotel in Tiberias! Super nice staff

✓ Highly recommend anyone visiting Tiberias to stay at this Hotel. From when we arrived, the staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Neil. He made sure we had everything we needed. We were blown away by the kindness of the manager Natanel! He was extremely helpful and kind. We never had such an experience before. Nati showed us around and helped organise our stay in Tiberias. We were upgraded to a deluxe sea view room and had the most beautiful view of the Kinneret. The breakfast was amazing and so well prepared. Food was very tasty! ✓ Thve view on the Lake is great. The breakfast was also quite qood.

✗ I've booked a room for two, and I made a note that 2 separate beds needed. At the room there were 2 beds united with one blanket and one sheet. Can't understand why my remarks were ignored. Check-in procedure also was a bit messy despite I booked a room in advance.

BEAUTIFUL AND PLEASANT STAY! VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED

✓ - Breakfast was really good and in general well balanced and varied! Just the coffee machines are not so good, the coffee does not come out as hot as it should and the flavor so so... and when bigger groups are at the dinning area, they are so hard to access! - Rooms were really spacious and clean, and I was given a good upgrade for what I asked through Booking! Beds were clean, comfortable and good pillows! - So grateful for the chocolates, water and wine given =) - bathroom was good, missing the magnifying mirror with light, and the balancing of the cold and hot water was a bit tricky, to get to a middle temperature, - HOSPITALITY of Manager and staff was pretty good! Nati the General Manager really made sure our stay was pleasant making sure our needs were met and providing a quality and amicable service in general, great cappuchinos at the reception area!!! we also appreciated the parking space in the Hotel We enjoyed our stay and would love to be back!
