Centric and safe location for accessing all the good things Puerto Montt has to offer.
✓ The location is very good. Breakfast had plenty of options in the buffet. Parking was very safe as it is inside the hotel premises. Room was very clean upon arrival and everyday.
✗ The rooms are getting old, the carpet could use some cleaning as it had many stains. There´s a building nearby with permanent loud music, perhaps some rock academy of sorts, which made it somewhat noisy for the east oriented windows.

✗ the surrounding area is under construction closing access to water and a impoverished feel around it. many businesses shuttered. too many homeless and undesirable elements close by
