✓ There wasn’t any breakfast . The staff said that they have been trying to get booking.com to remove that from the description since Covid-19 arrived. Also the rooms are not soundproof as described in the description. Staff was friendly, and knowledgeable of amenities in the area. Overall a pleasant stay.

✗ No elevators. With 2 spinal fusions and a new knee, I found the steep stairs daunting. I found the "humanless" approach undesirable as I had questions that needed answering. I never found the free parking and ended up paying to park in the garage across the street.
