Our favourite place to stay in Val d’Isere, every time!

✓ Perfect central location, yet quiet. Welcoming, kind and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Comfortable, functional, spacious accommodation with plenty of storage and luxurious bathroom. Excellent locker room for ski equipment, boots etc.

✗ It would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities readily available if possible. A kettle was provided on request.

✗ Room facing the street was slightly loud despite using the shutters, but waking up to the mountain view was worth it,. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Would recommend adding a kettle in room

The perfect 3* stay in the heart of Val d’Isere.

✓ The staff were charming, helpful and extremely accommodating (e.g. my request for gluten-free bread, extra pillows etc). The location is perfect for accessing the slopes, shops, ski hire, bars and restaurants. The hotel was beautifully clean in all areas. Amazingly thick blackout curtains which worked a treat. Would definitely stay again.

✗ Just the lack of consideration by other guests in the early hours on changeover day - lots of unnecessary bedroom-door slamming making sleep very difficult before a long drive home ourselves. Bedroom doors don’t even need to be closed once they have been vacated. Perhaps a message could be included in the checkout letter to be quiet and considerate of other guests when leaving early in the morning might help.
