Nice but getting run down with poor maintenance

✓ Loved the room, Karma bar, the pool, the tranquility most of the time. Stand out staff were Meor, Mira, and Azerul all at Karma Bar - they made this area of the resort by far the best
✗ Our final night before an 18 hour flight, we had to complain to reception because it sounded like a party in the next room. It was resolved after another hour and a half of noise. The night before leaving, reception said we could use facilities and get a shower at the spa the next day after check out. The spa was CLOSED and they couldn't offer us any shower to wash pool chlorine off which I found poor service. First issues in over 5 stays.

✓ This resort proves to us if your hotel is old, it doesn't matter as long as it is in a good shape.
