Great spot and good rooms
✓ Really nice grounds, rooms are comfortable, centrally located to the beach and good eating and shopping.

✓ The waitress did not know the word Omelette meaning, maybe the restaurant staff could have some English training. All the staff always had a smile on them day and night.

✓ The hotel is wonderful .. I always choose it when I go Pattaya. The Location , the hotel garden and pool are all awesome
✗ I didnt like the new digital host program. It needs more improvement .. sometimes it say that cleaning your room is done , and after 2 hours I come back to find housekeeping not come yet. I think the old traditional order by Phone system is more reliable.

✗ The new gym. Old gym was much much better, and was the main reason for previous extended stays. My room was on the ground floor and as soon as the rooms balcony door was opened was greeted by a swarm of mosquitoes. In the US I used a few electric mosquito zippers which were great. Just an idea...

✓ Breakfast, summing pool and staff was excellent. Location was so good.
